Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte

Here is a lovely recipe from one of our trainers Maura Marasco….Enjoy

Ahead of time brew coffee and pour into ice tray for coffee ice cubes



  • 6 coffee ice cubed
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop About Time cinnamon swirl whey protein (or brand of choice)
  • 1 tbsp fat free whipped cream (optional)



  • Place all ingredients in blender
  • Blend until desired consistency is reached
  • May need to add additional ice or milk depending on texture
  • Pour into glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
