Private Personal Training
Private Personal Training is a blend of Olympic lifts, kettlebell training, gymnastic ring training, battling ropes, TRX functional training, bodyweight training, core work and a variety of other dynamic exercises. At BRN Fitness we will keep it fresh and always provide different workouts to ensure that you continue to improve your strength and stamina and reach your goals.
Our small group training workouts are designed to revamp traditional workouts, produce results, and motivate you to go to the gym. Groups range from 2-5 people and are led by our personal trainers. The trainers develop dynamic and intensive programs to provide clients with unique and unparalleled fitness training options.
Athlete and Team Training
No matter the sport, our goal is to prepare you to optimize your athletic performance. Our intense training sessions mimic the atmosphere you’ll be in when you compete, which cultivates a competitive nature and keeps you both physically and mentally sharp. Several of our trainers have competed at collegiate levels, so we have the experience and knowledge to take your game to the next level.
It can be hard to make it into the gym to workout. Here at BRN we also offer online training! It’s an easy way to have a coach give you all the information you need to workout most effectively. Online training can be tailored to weight loss, health & wellness, strength training, body composition, or anything else you want to get better at!
Obstacle course training has become a great way for people to get fit and have fun in the process. With races all over the United States, we can help you get in the right physical and mental shape for fierce competition or simply completing your first course. We use a proven periodization method to ensure that you peak at race time and stay healthy and free of injuries in the process.
Pre and Post Natal Training
This is a special time in your life during which your body goes through many changes. Our trainers specialize in helping you stay fit while also ensuring your safety at all times. Whether you’re hoping to stay in shape while you’re pregnant or are ready to start working out again post-baby, we will help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.
