Cookie Dough Protein Truffle
- ¼ cup whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of stevia or coconut sugar
- 1/8 cup almond meal
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut flour
- 1/8 cup almond milk
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl
- Use a tbsp to portion out truffles
- Ready to eat after portioned and rolled or
- Store in Tupperware and save for later
